The campaign collects only the information it needs.
Phone and neighbourhood are optional. The campaign does not sell personal information.
Information collected
The Get Involved form collects your name and email address. Phone, neighbourhood and message are optional. The form also records the campaign activities you select and your consent.
The donation form collects your legal name, email address, residential address, contribution amount, optional phone number and required eligibility confirmations. The website does not collect bank-account or card details.
How the campaign uses it
Information is used only to respond, coordinate the activity you selected and send updates when you requested them. Donation information is used by the financial agent to administer, reconcile and report campaign contributions as required. The campaign does not sell personal information.
Storage and security
When a form is enabled, submissions are sent by the campaign website's mail service and are not stored in the website database. Limited technical security logs may be retained. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to prevent spam.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand general website use, such as pages viewed, referral source, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. The campaign does not send form contents to Google Analytics.
Correction, removal and unsubscribe
Use the campaign contact method in the footer to request access, correction or removal, or to unsubscribe from campaign updates.
